2010 JMYFL REGISTRATION

Early Registration fees = 2007 fees until May 31, 2010 CARRIED OVER to the end of June!!

Regular 2010 Season registration fees = 2008 fees from JULY 1, 2010 forward !!

  • Team selection will be determined by registrar.
  • No forms will be mailed out.
  • Payment via cash or cheque has to be made to confirm registration. (Please, do not send cash in the mail.)
NOTHING WILL BE SENT OUT IN THE MAIL.

In-Person Registrations for the 2010 Season
 

There will be ONE in-person registration
at Skater's Edge Source for Sports
on Thursday, June 3, 2010
from 4:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Lower fees apply for in-person registration.
This will not include equipment fitting.

Please bring proof of player's age and payment with registration form.
Blank forms will be available there and
temporary receipts will be distributed.
Official tax receipts will be created after payments are deposited.

By MAIL Registrations will continue to be accepted.
Regular 2010 fees will be applicable after June 1, 2010

 

Registrations for the 2010 Season will be accepted by mail.  
 

Registration fees are determined, in part, by the date payment and fully completed form are received.  Cut off for lower fees is May 31, 2010 so download your form now and get it in the mail!

Please ensure your email address is printed neatly on the registration form.

Equipment fittings will be scheduled this year.
